Many prizes were given this summer including Weekly Prizes won by Maci Tolle, Greyson Brockus, J J Mitchell, Neilah Davis, Cheyenne Price, Jasper Martindale, Levi Rude, and Aaliyah Baker.

Thank you to the Rochester Community School Food Service Department for furnishing delicious, hot lunches during the summer for our youth. Many people stopped to play games, win prizes, pick up Craft To Go Kits, and get free books. We had a great time seeing our patrons and meeting lots of new people. Our library also had booths at the Pulaski County 4-H Fair and the Fulton County 4-H Fair. Thank-you to all of those that contributed to these special events. Our Thursday night special events have been lots of fun too! They included the Summer Reading Kick-Off Event, Tippecanoe River State Park Event about Mollusks, Monarch Butterfly Program, Cookies & Canvas, a Petting Zoo, an Ice Cream Social, Fulton County Animal Shelter Program, and our End of Summer Reading Celebration. Our Summer Reading Camp programs on Thursdays 4:00 have included making lava lamps, bird feeders, dog toys, and bracelets, painting summer hats and friendship rocks, as well as creating an “All Together Now” canvas quilt. The readers were very busy reading, completing Craft To Go Kits, and attending lots of summer reading events and summer programs.
